Invited to Speak on Use of Force at Garda College

I am excited to be invited to speak to the current class of Garda recruits at the Garda College in Templemore, Ireland!

I have been asked to address the more than 200 students during their coursework on defensive tactics and Use of Force (UOF). While I will work to address the state of policing in America for the past 5 years, I am certain we can learn from the approaches of the Irish National Police. an Garda Siochana (AGS) are working on a new Decision-Making Model, with some similarity to that of the British Decision Model.
