Meeting at Garda Inspectorate - Dublin

Last week, I traveled to Dublin and had the honor and pleasure to meet with Chief Inspector Mark Toland at St. Stephen's Green. Paul is assigned from the Department of Justice And Equality.

We had a lovely chat about the role of the Inspectorate, Use of Force, Public Order and training.

Recent reports on Public Order and the Garda Inspectorate Workplan for 2019-2020 were discussed. It was great to meet the team charged with review and oversight of An Garda Siochana.
