When in Ireland . . .

They say when in Rome, but, when in Ireland it seems only proper to do what the Irish do!

Part of the charm of Ireland is getting to know the culture and its people. We stopped at the Jameson Distillery. They host the Irish Whiskey Academy. I'd like to add that certification to my C.V. (kidding!)

We learned that in Midleton, the distillers make Midleton Whiskey, Method of Madness, Paddy's, Green Spot, Yellow Spot Irish Whiskey. Lots of choices. Although, with the many narrow, windy roads that are tough to negotiate, on the left side of the road using a stick shift, it was not possible to have more than a sip.
